I'm working on an informative essay for class, and I could use some advice. The essay is about the impact of renewable energy sources on global warming. It’s supposed to be 6 pages long, and I want to cover solar, wind, and hydroelectric power, explaining how each contributes to reducing carbon emissions. I plan to start with an intro to global warming, then dive into each energy source, and wrap up with their overall importance.
I'm thinking of structuring it like this:
- Introduction to global warming – why it’s a problem.
- Solar power – how it works and its benefits.
- Wind power – its role in reducing emissions.
- Hydroelectric power – advantages and challenges.
- Conclusion – tying everything back to the big picture of fighting global warming.
I’m aiming for simple but effective explanations, maybe with some recent stats or examples of countries making big changes. Do you think this structure makes sense? Any tips on how to keep things clear and engaging, especially when explaining the technical parts?
